Well I think I've posted every possible picture we have of the house so you'll just have to content yourselves with the happy faces of the family who will soon be moving into our new home! Yes! The owner said yes to our offer! Oh what to tell?! So many details have gone into this moment. I'll tell the longer version on the house blog if you want to click over there.But I just have to tell you one story! Once again the owner promised to call and then cancelled and changed and then promised for the next day at 10am. By 1pm we wondered should we send a text message? But after prayer we really felt that we should not try to get ahead of the Lord. He's the one leading the charge. I went on making grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch and not 10 minutes later the phone rang. It was the owner saying he would accept our offer! We cheered and danced and took the kids bowling to celebrate!
Thank you for your prayers along the way! I hardly know what to write to describe what we feel. There's more work in front of us but what joy we have in being led by Him! I keep thinking how much the feeding of the 5,000 passage has lept out at me this past year. Tonight I'm remembering that it says, "Jesus already had in mind what he was going to do."
